- Description. We provide social media marketing services including, but not limited to, likes, followers, views, saves, and other engagement metrics for various social platforms (“Services”).
- Availability. All Services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any Service at any time without notice.
2. Account Registration & Security
- Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and capable under applicable law to form a binding contract to use our Services.
- Registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account updated.
- Security. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password and session tokens secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Orders & Payment
- Placing Orders. Orders are placed via the Site or our API. You must specify the service, URL/link, and quantity. Incomplete or invalid parameters may result in order delays or cancellations.
- Pricing. All prices are displayed in USD. Exchange rates for funded accounts may vary.
- Funding Your Account. You may add funds via the methods listed on the Add Funds page. Funds are non-refundable except as expressly provided under these Terms.
- Payment Authorization. By adding funds, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. You warrant that you have the right to use that payment method.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations. You may cancel an order within 5 minutes of placement via the Cancel button on your order details page. Once processing begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.
- Refunds. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion for technical failures or service non-performance. All refund requests must be submitted through our support ticket system within 7 days of order date.
5. User Obligations
- Compliance. You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including spamming or violating the terms of any social media platform.
- Content. You are solely responsible for all content you submit. We do not endorse any User content and have no obligation to monitor it, but we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
- Ownership. The Site, Services, and all software, graphics, and documentation are owned by or licensed to SMMZenith and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
- License. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and Services.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
- No Guarantee. We make no guarantees regarding the performance of any social media platform or the permanence of any engagement delivered.
- Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMMZenith’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of fees you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
- Termination by You. You may close your account at any time via your account settings. Outstanding orders will be canceled and funds refunded according to Section 4.
- Termination by Us. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or illegal activity, with or without notice.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will post updates on the Site with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Choice of Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles.
- Jurisdiction. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
- Arbitration. At either party’s election, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration conducted under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Santa Clara County, California.
- Waiver of Jury Trial. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each party hereby waives any right to a jury trial in any action, proceeding, or counterclaim arising out of or relating to these Terms.
- Equitable Relief. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek interim or preliminary equitable relief—such as an injunction or attachment—from any court of competent jurisdiction, and both Parties waive any requirement that such relief be sought first in arbitration.
11. Terms of Service Acceptance
- By placing an order with our panel, you automatically accept all Terms of Service listed herein, whether you have read them or not.
- We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time without notice. You are expected to review them before placing every order to ensure you remain up to date with any changes.
- You will only use our website in compliance with the Terms of Service of each social media platform you engage with.
- Our rates are subject to change at any time without notice; changes in rates do not affect the validity of these Terms.
- Delivery times are estimates only. We do not guarantee any specific delivery timeframe and will not issue refunds solely due to perceived delays once an order is processing.
- We reserve the right to substitute or modify any service type if we determine it is necessary to fulfill an order.
- You must be respectful of our support team. Abusive or harassing behavior may result in suspension of your account.
- The site administrator has sole authority to approve or deny new accounts.
- We cannot be held liable for any losses you incur if you fail to read or understand these Terms of Service.
- By signing up, you consent to receive promotional communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link or opening a ticket.
- By creating an account, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined above.
12. Orders Execution Policy
- We do not accept orders promoting pornographic, hateful, or gambling content in violation of applicable laws or platform rules.
- Before placing an order, ensure that the target profile, channel, or page is publicly accessible worldwide. Private or restricted pages may result in order failure or cancellation.
- All orders are final once created. Cancellation requests may be submitted via support ticket within 5 minutes, but are not guaranteed.
- You will receive a unique Order ID for each submission—please reference it in all communications.
- Guarantees apply only to services explicitly marked with the “Refill” option. Other services are provided without guarantee.
- We guarantee delivery of the exact quantity you ordered—not your total follower/like/view count.
- You may not run concurrent orders for the same link across different providers. Doing so may invalidate guarantees and refunds.
- Changing your username or privacy settings after placing an order invalidates any guarantee and forfeits any refund rights.
- No refunds will be issued for orders marked as “Completed.”
- We make no guarantees regarding interaction rates, profile authenticity, or timing beyond the estimates provided in each service description.
